Lost Mode
If you lose an item, you can mark it as Lost.

This may trigger enhanced alerting features (depending on your plan).

It updates the public page to prominently show that the item is lost, encouraging finders to act immediately.
Privacy & Visibility

Public Description: The main description is always public to scanners.

Contact Information: Your actual phone number/email is never shown directly. Finders contact you through a secure web form.
Disabling an Asset
You can temporarily disable an asset if you are not using it or sold it, but want to keep the history.

Disabling makes the QR tag inactive (scanners will see an error or "inactive" message).

You can re-enable it at any time.
