Managing your profile

Keep your account information up to date to ensure that notifications reach you.

Accessing Profile Settings

  1. Click your avatar or name in the sidebar/header.

  2. Select Settings or Account.

  3. Navigate to the Profile tab.

Editable Information

Personal Details

  • Full Name: Used in emails addressed to you.

  • Email Address: Your primary login and notification channel.

    • Note: Changing your email requires re-verification.

  • Mobile Number: Used for SMS alerts (if supported) and WhatsApp integration verification.

  • Country: Helps us localize pricing and default country codes.
